Math Lab – According to CBSE “Mathematics has to be learned by doing and not by rote memorization. A well-equipped mathematics laboratory motivates the students and creates an environment to learn mathematics by doing”. A state-of-the-art Math Lab equips the 21st century learners with activity based learning and creates a challenging atmosphere for students to hone their mathematical skills. We have a well-furnished & spacious Math lab which has a variety of modern and colourful apparatus like Geometry box, Geo board, Octant 3D, Volume relationship set, Factorization tiles, Conic section, Venn diagram kit, Arithmatic Progression kit etc. which helps in making teaching and learning of the subject interactive, fun filled and joyful. Learning of mathematical concepts through concrete materials, hands-on-experiences and real life situations help to enhance analytical and critical thinking of the learners. Math lab is helpful in mental enhancement in areas like Algebra, Arithmetic, Calculus, Geometry, Statistics and Trigonometry etc. The focus of learning is on developing number sense, spatial sense, recognition of patterns and gradually to attend the problems with algorithm and abstraction.
